Import Your Season in One Step

Most youth leagues provide a schedule you can subscribe to or download as a calendar file. GameCard imports it directly. All games appear on your schedule automatically, with dates, times, and opponents already filled in. Skip the manual data entry entirely.

Games and Practices Together

Add practices to the same schedule as your games. Parents see everything in one calendar view. They don't need to check two places. Reminders go out automatically for both, so you never have to nudge anyone to show up to practice.

Parent Calendars, Automatically

The moment you add an event to GameCard, it's visible to every parent on your roster. They can see the full season schedule from day one, with no PDF to track down and no "can you re-send the schedule?" texts. For families with kids on multiple teams, all schedules roll into one combined view.

If your league provides a subscribable calendar URL, which is common in most youth baseball, softball, and soccer leagues, paste it into GameCard and every game imports automatically. Dates, times, opponents, and locations come in with it. You don't type a thing. Don't have a league calendar? Add games manually in seconds. Either way, your full season is in GameCard quickly at the start of the year.

Automatic reminders before every event.

Every parent on your team gets a reminder email the morning of each game and each practice. You don't send these. GameCard sends them automatically for every event on the schedule.

The reminder shows the event time, the location, and whether that parent is signed up for snacks. Parents show up. You didn't have to do a thing.

One calendar for every kid on every team.

Parents who have kids on multiple teams (baseball in spring, soccer in fall, or two kids in different leagues) see all their schedules in one combined calendar in GameCard. Day, week, and month views.

Each event shows the time, the location, and which player it belongs to. A parent with a 9-year-old in baseball and a 7-year-old in soccer sees all of it in one place, without switching accounts or checking two apps.

Recurring practices without the manual entry.

Add a recurring practice once (every Tuesday at 6pm, for example) and all sessions appear on the schedule automatically for the entire season. Cancel individual sessions when something comes up without disrupting the rest of the recurring schedule.

Parents see every practice on their calendar from the day you set it up. Reminders go out for all of them automatically.

A parent texted me just to say thank you. She could finally see the whole schedule in one place and grab a snack slot without the group chat chaos.

Questions about team management

Can I import from my league's website?
If your league provides a subscribable calendar URL (most do), GameCard can import the schedule from it automatically. If not, you can add games one at a time. It takes about 30 seconds per game.
What if a game gets rescheduled?
Update the date or time on the game in GameCard and the new details are immediately visible to parents in their calendar view. Reminders for the rescheduled game go out at the updated time.
Can I add games for multiple teams to the same account?
Yes. Each team has its own schedule, but you manage them all from the same account. Switch between teams in GameCard to view and manage each one.
Do parents need to do anything to see the schedule?
No. Once you've added a parent's email to their player's profile, they automatically see the schedule in their GameCard view. The schedule is always current. When you add or change events, parents see the update immediately.
Can parents add events to their personal calendar?
Parents can view the full schedule in GameCard. The ability to export directly to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar is on the roadmap.
