Stop answering the same questions every week.

Parents want to know three things: when is the game, where is it, and what time should we be there. GameCard gives them all of it automatically, so you spend game week coaching, not texting.

Less coordination. Same informed parents.

Automatic Game Reminders

GameCard sends every parent a reminder email the morning of each game and practice, automatically, with no action on your part. The reminder includes the time, location, and whether their kid is signed up for snacks that day. Parents show up. You didn't have to say a word.

Simple Setup, One Player at a Time

Add a parent's email to their player's profile and GameCard sends them a welcome email with a sign-in link automatically. Both parents can each have access. One step per player at the start of the season and you're done. No group texts to manage, no "did you get the app?" follow-ups.

Message Your Whole Team at Once

Need to send a last-minute update: field change, game cancellation, practice moved? Use the Message Team button on your team page to send a team-wide email to every parent and assistant coach in one shot. No copy-pasting addresses, no group text thread.

Reminders that go out automatically.

Every parent on your team gets a reminder email the morning of each game and practice on the schedule. The email shows the event time, the location with a map link, and any other details specific to that game.

If a parent is signed up for snacks, their reminder includes that too, so they're never caught off guard at the field.

You don't schedule or send these reminders. GameCard sends them automatically for every event on the season schedule. Once it's set up, you're done.

What parents actually see.

Parents sign in to their own simple view (no app to download, just a browser link). They see the full season schedule, upcoming games and practices, snack sign-ups, coach messages, and a combined calendar across all their kids. Everything relevant to their player, nothing that's coach-only: skill rankings, lineup details, and coach notes stay private.

A parent with kids on two different teams sees both schedules in one calendar view. No switching accounts, no checking two places.

No more snack coordinator chaos.

Parents volunteer for snack duty directly from the game page: one tap, done. GameCard confirms their sign-up and sends them a reminder with their assigned game included.

Dietary restrictions are handled too. Parents add any allergies or restrictions once to their player's profile. When a parent volunteers for snacks, they can see the full list of restrictions for every player on the team, so they know exactly what to bring and what to avoid.

No email threads. No Google Form. No coordinator chasing down volunteers.

Send a message to every parent at once.

When something changes (a field switch, a cancellation, a reminder about picture day), click Message Team on your team page. Type your subject and message, preview it first if you want, then send. Every parent and assistant coach on the team gets it by email immediately.

Parents also see the message in-app any time they sign in, so nothing gets lost in a spam filter. Replies come back directly to your email address, no back-channel needed.

Message Team is head-coach only. Assistant coaches can read messages but can't send them.

I used to get three texts every Saturday morning asking what field we were on. Now I just send parents the GameCard link and that's it. They have the schedule, practice times, snack sign-ups. I haven't gotten a logistics question since.

Communication questions.

How do I get parents set up in GameCard?
Add their email address to the Parent Emails section on their player's profile. GameCard sends them a welcome email with a sign-in link automatically. You can add multiple addresses per player so both parents have access. You only do this once per player per season.
Can I message parents directly through GameCard?
Yes. Use the Message Team button on your team page. Write a subject and message, preview it if you want, and send. Every parent and assistant coach on the team receives it as an email and can read it in-app. This is head-coach only. For responses, parents reply directly to your email address.
What if a parent changes their email or phone number?
Update the email address on their player's profile in GameCard. Reminders will go to the new address for all future events.
Can I control what parents see?
Yes. Parents see the season schedule, game and practice details, snack sign-ups, and coach messages. Lineup details, fielding rotations, skill rankings, and coach notes are visible to coaches only. Parents never see any of it.
Do parents needs to download anything?
No. GameCard works in any browser. There's nothing to install. Parents access it through the link in their welcome email.
