parent with young athlete, warm and approachable

Your player's season, all in one place.

GameCard gives parents a clean, simple view of everything that matters: the schedule, the lineup, practices, snack sign-ups, and a calendar that brings all your kids' teams together. No app to download. No password to remember.

Everything you need to follow the season.

Know Before You Go

See every upcoming game and practice: date, time, location, and opponent. When the coach publishes the lineup, you can see exactly where your player will be on the field. You'll also get an automatic reminder the morning of every game and practice, so game day is never a surprise.

Snack Duty in One Tap

Volunteer for snack duty directly from the game details page: no coordinator to text, no signup sheet to track down. If your family has dietary restrictions or allergies, add them once and the snack parent on duty can see them automatically.

One Calendar for All Your Kids

Have kids on multiple teams? GameCard rolls every game and practice into a single calendar: baseball, soccer, whatever they're playing. Day, week, and month views so you can plan ahead without checking five different places.

Chat with Your Coach and Team

GameCard has a real-time team chat shared between all parents and coaches. Send a message, ask a question, or reply to an update directly in the app. Messages appear instantly. Install GameCard on your phone to get a push notification whenever your coach or another parent posts.
Screnshot: Parent calendar showing games and practices across all players and sports

One calendar. Every game. Every kid.

The GameCard calendar pulls together every game and practice from every team your kids are on, not just one player, all of them. Baseball on Saturday, soccer on Tuesday, practice Wednesday evening. It's all there in one view.

Switch between day, week, and month views depending on how far out you're planning. Each event shows the time, location, and which player it belongs to so you know who needs to be where at a glance.

The schedule, location and field side, before you leave the house.

Every game on your player's schedule shows the full details — date, start time, location, field side (home/away), and opponent.

No more "I don't know what field we're on" or "I don't know when we're done." Everything is there when you need it.

Snack sign-ups that take 10 seconds.

Open the game details page, tap the volunteer button, and you're signed up for snacks. No email thread with the coordinator. No spreadsheet to find. GameCard sends you a confirmation right away, then a reminder the morning of the game, including a note that you're on snack duty that day.

If your family has any dietary restrictions or food allergies, add them once to your player's profile. When you're on snack duty, GameCard shows you the full list for every player on the team, so you know exactly what to bring and what to avoid.

Chat with your coach and team, in real time.

GameCard includes a built-in team chat shared between all parents and coaches on the team. It works like a group chat but lives inside the app, so there is nothing extra to install.

Open the chat from your player's page, type a message, and send. Your coach and the other team parents see it instantly. When your coach posts an update, it appears in the same thread. Reply directly in the chat and everyone sees your response.

For the best experience, install GameCard on your phone as a Progressive Web App — no app store required. Once installed, turn on push notifications so you get alerted the moment your coach or another parent sends a message, even when the app is closed. On iPhone, install from Safari. On Android, install from Chrome.

Coach Adds You

1. Your coach adds your email

Parents don't sign up directly. Your child's coach adds your email address to your player's profile in GameCard. This is the only step that requires the coach.

Once they've added you, GameCard sends you a welcome email with everything you need to get in.

You Sign In

2. Sign in: no password needed

Open the welcome email and click the link. You can sign in with Google (one click) or use a magic link sent to your email. No password, no account to create.

You only do this once. After that, GameCard remembers you on your device.

See Everything

3. Your player's season is ready

Your dashboard shows all the players you have access to. Click any player to see their games, practices, and lineup. The calendar on the My Players page pulls everything together across all your kids automatically.

I used to get three texts every Saturday morning asking what field we were on. Now I just send parents the GameCard link and that's it. They have the schedule, the lineup, snack sign-ups. I haven't gotten a logistics question since.

Parent questions.

Do I need to download an app?
No. GameCard works in any browser on any device: phone, tablet, or computer. There's nothing to install. Just open the link your coach sent and you're in.
How do I get access if my coach hasn't added me yet?
Ask your coach to add your email address to your player's profile in GameCard. Once they do, you'll get a welcome email automatically. The coach only needs to do this once per player per season.
I have two kids on different teams. Will I see both of them?
Yes, as long as both coaches have added your email, you'll see both players on your dashboard. The calendar on the My Players page rolls up all games and practices from every team into one view so you don't have to check each player separately.
Will I get reminders before games and practices?
Yes. GameCard automatically sends a reminder email the morning of every game and practice on your schedule. If you're signed up for snacks, your game-day reminder includes a note about that too, so you're never caught off guard.
What if I signed up for snacks but something came up?
Open the game details page and tap your name to remove yourself from snack duty. The slot will reopen for another parent to claim. You can do this any time before the game.
Can I add dietary restrictions for my child?
Yes. Go to your player's page and scroll to the Dietary Restrictions card. Add anything relevant: allergies, intolerances, preferences. This information is visible to the coach and to the parent who signs up for snack duty, so they know what to bring.
Can I send messages to my coach through GameCard?
Yes. GameCard has a built-in team chat shared between all parents and coaches on the team. Open it from your player's page, type your message, and send. Your coach and the other team parents see it instantly and can reply in the same thread.
How do I get push notifications when my coach sends a message?
Install GameCard on your phone as an app. On iPhone, open app.gamecardapp.com in Safari and tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and tap the menu, then Add to Home Screen or Install App. Once installed, open your team chat and tap Enable notifications when prompted. You will get a native notification any time your coach or another team parent posts a message, even when the app is closed.
